Junior Golf Program

Pekin Country Club provides one of the area’s strongest programs for junior development.  We are proud to have provided instruction and guidance to several players over the years who have excelled in highly competitive tournament play, high-school team golf as well as those who have taken their talents to the collegiate level.

We are also proud to host the American Junior Golf Association (AJGA) Renewal by Anderson Junior Open hosted by PGA tour professional and Pekin native, D.A. Points.

DA Points, grew up on Pekin Country Club’s hole number 17. D.A. was born and raised in Pekin, Illinois where he attended Pekin Community High School and led the Dragons to the Illinois High School Association state championship in 1994.
