For our team to have the best opportunity for a successful event, reservations are required (prior to 5:00 pm on Friday, May 6).  Please call the Club at 309.347.3144. In addition, we may request your consideration to adjust your reservation to a time when we can provide the best service.   • Caesar Salad w/ Grilled Chicken
  • Garden Salad w/ a variety of toppings including chopped crispy chicken, grilled chicken, diced ham, diced turkey, diced bacon, hard-boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, shredded cheese, feta cheese, parmesan cheese, croutons and several choices of dressings
